Tobin Sprout

Tobin Sprout is an American artist, musician and children’s book creator. As a musician, he was well-known as a founding member of the indie rock band Guided by Voices before going out on his own, releasing many solo albums 1996-present. As a visual artist, Tobin is recognized for his photo-realism large format oil paintings, especially the “Superchrome” series, although he does paint in other styles as well. His work is represented in many private and corporate collections, including AT&T, Ford Motor Company, Universal Theme Parks and more.
